Cake & Wine Night

Muyly Miller is the host and curator of an array of Cake Class events in Salt Lake City and Cache Valley, and she is bringing her instruction to Barrel and Stave in Logan!

Bring in that Autumnal ambiance with this elegant textured cake! This is really going to bring out that inner artist inside of you. In this class you will be filling and stacking your own 3 layered cake. You’ll follow along as she instructs on the importance of the crumb coat and then we will finish off with a final layer of frosting, learning to smooth those sides and achieve straight edges. Finally, she will teach you the art of spatula painting- yes, just you and spatula and some artful energy. Your registration includes your own cake and box. All supplies are provided, just come with an open mind and willingness to learn! Class runs about 90 minutes long.

Class is for Men and Women ages 21 and older. must bring I.D. food and beverages will be ordered and paid for separately by attendees. Small appetizers will be provided by Muyly Miller, to get your energy up for this fun event. Beginner or Expert, this class will teach basics and provide a social atmosphere that can't be beat! Instruction starts at 6:30 pm SHARP arrive early to get your seats and order drinks.
